“ Great atmosphere, with friendly staff whom make sure your happy and satisfied with your order. Had a strawberry matcha, as a quick pit stop in prime location across from southern cross it is quite great quality and flavour. Not too sweet and not grassy at all. Would def come back. (Only thing would ask for less ice as they do fill the cup up quite a bit) besides that would def recommend ”

It’s cool that it’s a hotel and cafe, the staff are very friendly and it seems guests enjoyed staying here from what I saw. Customer service is excellent as staff were very accommodating and attentive to every customer they served. The matcha latte was okay, the matcha itself has a nice flavour I just think it was too weak for me like I tasted more milk than matcha. For the price though the sizing is good, it’s not too expensive and it’s not overly sweet either. ”
